For over 20 years I've been working as a parent coach with parents and their children to help them explore new ways of being in the world. My work with parents helps them to navigate the ever-changing role they take as their child moves from adolescence to an independent adult. I am consistent and clear in my communication, excel at calling out limiting beliefs and patterns that parents fall into, and strive to help you make lasting changes for your family.

As a therapeutic mentor and recovery coach, I am excited to work with individuals who are ready to make changes in their lives. My work with teens and young adults focuses on helping them overcome the beliefs and behaviors that are holding them back. With parents, I help you see the bigger picture and hold a vision for your loved one where they can make the best choices for themselves and identify where they might be unintentionally hindering their own success. I meet each client wherever they are on their journey, helping them find the next step that is right for them. Together, we work to develop the skills and strengths needed so you can create a life that you find worth stepping in to each day!
